Students from both programs at JSAA can opt from any of the prefigured minors or even design their own minor in consultation with a faculty mentor. The minor course of study at the JSAA works in two ways. Firstly, as providing an area of concentration within the discipline. Thus a student can major in architecture and minor in project management. Secondly the minor can also provide a student with an additional or a secondary area of emphasis such as a major in built environment studies and a minor in sociology.
