Application Process

JSAA- The admission process begins by filling the application form up available at admissions are on first-come-first-serve basis till places are available in the respective program. Final selection is decided considering the Class 10th, 11th, 12th results, Written Test & Personal Interview.


10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks (CBSE, ISC, State Boards, IB, Cambridge, and other Government Recognized Boards) and JSAT/ACT/SAT/NIFT/NID/NATA/UCEED/JEE-2/CEPT Score

Round 1- Completing Application Process:

Once registered at you will be directed to the JGU application portal. While filling up the form, please keep scanned copies of your X Board Scores, XII Scores (if applicable), and your passport-size photograph ready. The photograph should be a front-facing profile picture (2 x 2) with a neutral background. If acceptable, this photograph may be used to create your University ID.

Application Fee:

Application fee for all applicants is Rs. 3000/- you can pay by using debit/credit/net banking services (The fee is the same for Indian, NRI, and International Applicants).

Admission Process:

Round 2- Entrance test and result

After successfully submitting the application form of Jindal School of Art & Architecture (JSAA) under Jindal Global University, you have to submit any of the NIFT/NID/NATA/UCEED/JEE-2/CEPT scores to be considered for personal interview & portfolio review.

Appearing for Personal Interview & Portfolio Review

This is the most important part in the admission process. Applicants will be interviewed based on their portfolio by a panel comprising JSAA faculty. There is no set format for these interviews, it is an opportunity for the faculty to better understand the applicant and for the applicant to find out more about a programme. The emphasis is on oral communication, confidence, curiosity, clarity of expression, creative skills, and creative thinking.

Round 3- Paying the Registration Fee:

Applicants who qualify with positive outcomes in the personal interview & portfolio check and meet the eligibility score criterion will be offered a provisional offer of admission until the 12th Board results are submitted.

Once you receive the provisional offer letter, you are required to pay the refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,15,000/- to secure your place in O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University).

Once the XII Boards Results are confirmed, applicants will be offered their final offer of admissions after the payment of balance tuition fee and hostel fee.

Tuition Fee- Rs. 3,00,000/- per year*, Residential Fee- Rs 2,40,00/- per year**, one-time refundable security deposit at the time of admission Rs 50,000/- 
*The tuition fee is subject to an increase of up to ten percent (10%) every year. 
**The food, accommodation, and laundry charges are subject to an increase of up to ten percent (10%) every year
